BridgingFactor Asset Based Loans

Asset Based Loans

Asset-Based Loans (ABL)

BridgingFactor provides commercial finance solutions such as asset-based financing, as well as revolving and term debt, to companies requiring additional capital beyond that willing to be provided by traditional and/or existing lenders. Typically, these loans will be secured against accounts receivable, inventory, equipment, real estate or other assets of the company.

Asset based loans are best utilized by businesses that require working capital whether they are restructuring their business or experiencing rapid growth. ABL best suits small and medium-sized businesses that are financially stable and have been around for several years.

BridgingFactor uses the same monitoring and analysis software used by large North American bank institutions. This software enables borrowers to easily transmit their financial information to BridgingFactor to meet reporting requirements, so our clients can spend more time managing their business.

Examples include: debt financing to carry a company through an interim period before an initial public offering or acquisition, and working capital bridgefor an inventory build prior to peak sales season. Bridging funds are collateral-based and short term, for needs that may span a few months, or up to a year.
